We partner with reputed courier and logistics companies to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Within Maharashtra: 3–5 business days
  • Other States in India: 5–10 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999: A nominal shipping fee may apply based on your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your order on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are correct at the time of placing the order. Agarwal Associates will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases:

  • • If your order is lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or refund after verification.

7. International Shipping

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the replacement or return process.

9. Changes or Cancellations

Orders once processed cannot be modified. To cancel an order before shipping, please contact our support team immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our return process (if applicable).
